室内空气邻苯二甲酸酯的污染危害及检测方法研究进展

Research Progress on Pollution Hazards and Detection Methods of Phthalates in Indoor Air

邻苯二甲酸酯(Phthalic Acid Ester,PAEs)是近年来应用愈加广泛的一种塑料添加剂。人体过量接触PAEs会引起急性中毒现象,严重的甚至引起死亡。有关研究显示,PAEs能通过改变人的染色体,使人体细胞发生突变;PAEs也会对人体内脏器官造成损害,如肝脏、心肺、生殖器官等。随着人们对邻苯二甲酸酯污染危害认识的深入,对PAEs的污染检测研究显得尤为重要。笔者在分析研究有关文献的基础上,对PAEs的性质、种类、危害及目前的检测技术进行了归纳和总结,为深入研究PAEs奠定基础。

Phthalic Acid Ester(PAEs)is a kind of plastic additive widely used in recent years.Excessive exposure to PAEs can cause acute poisoning,even death.Relevant studies have shown that PAEs can mutate human cells by changing human chromosomes;PAEs can also cause damage to human internal organs,such as liver,heart and lung,reproductive organs,etc.With the deepening of people’s understanding of the hazards of phthalate esters pollution,the detection of PAEs pollution is particularly important.Based on the analysis of related literature,the author summarized the properties,types,hazards and current detection technologies of PAEs,which laid a foundation for further study of PAEs.
