摘要 拱桥在桥梁建设领域广泛应用,其跨度逐步加大,对施工技术提出了更高的要求,为推动拱桥建设事业的发展,有必要从拱桥基本特点入手,探讨相适应的施工技术,采取行之有效的质量控制措施。文章以郭屋村东江特大桥为背景,根据现场条件及钢管拱肋的施工要求,围绕其关键施工技术展开探讨,保证焊接质量,制成质量合规的钢管拱肋,为施工的顺利进行奠定了基础,以期给类似工程提供参考。 Arch bridges are widely used in the field of bridge construction,and their span is gradually increasing,which puts forward higher requirements for construction technology.In order to promote the development of arch bridge construction,it is necessary to start with the basic characteristics of arch bridges,discuss the appropriate construction technology,and take the action Effective quality control measures.Based on the background of Guowu Village Dongjiang Super Large Bridge,the article discusses the key construction techniques according to the site conditions and the construction requirements of steel pipe arch ribs to ensure the welding quality and produce steel pipe arch ribs of satisfactory quality,laying the foundation for the smooth construction To provide a basis for similar projects.
