基于机器视觉的重合闸远方投退监控装置的研究

摘要 重合闸装置是将因故障跳开后的断路器按需要自动投入的一种自动装置。投入重合闸能高效保证电网安全可靠稳定运行,减少停电故障;退出重合闸是电力部门保证优质服务进行带电作业或及时抢修的前提条件;及时操作重合闸可以既保证用电可靠性又能满足客户用电需求。故此,在分析辖区内变电站现状和运维人员工作需求的基础上,给出一种基于机器视觉的重合闸远方投退装置的设计方案和操作流程的应用研究。该装置利用TCP/IP协议和GPRS通信网络为无线传输方式,通过在原变电站10 kV开关柜重合闸硬压板上安装这种装置,通过机器视觉和图像处理分方式实现及时对重合闸远方投退功能和远程监控,从而达到实时性、可靠性、安全性的目的,进而推进变电站智能化发展,提升运维人员的工作效率。 The reclosing device is an automatic device that automatically turns on the circuit breaker that has tripped due to a fault as required.Putting into reclosing can effi ciently ensure the safe,reliable and stable operation of the power grid and reduce power failures;exiting reclosing is a prerequisite for power departments to ensure high-quality services for live work or timely repairs;timely operation of reclosing can not only ensure the reliability of electricity use,but also satisfy customers Electricity demand.Therefore,on the basis of analyzing the status quo of substations in the jurisdiction and the work requirements of operation and maintenance personnel,a design scheme and operation process application study of a remote switching device for reclosing based on machine vision is given.The device uses TCP/IP protocol and GPRS communication network as the wireless transmission method.By installing this device on the recloser hard press plate of the original substation 10 kV switchgear,the machine vision and image processing methods are used to realize the timely remote transfer and withdrawal function of the recloser.Remote monitoring.So as to achieve the purpose of real-time,reliability,and safety,and then promote the intelligent development of substations,and improve the efficiency of operation and maintenance personnel.
