摘要
考虑到传统的220 kV变电站智能配电及控制系统在实际应用中,由于没有设计PLC可编程逻辑控制器,因此系统同步率低。为此提出220 kV变电站智能配电及控制系统。在系统硬件方面,设计PS4-DWS007型号上位机,为系统运行提供硬件环境;设计PLC可编程逻辑控制器,支持突发传送方式的同步操作以及自动配置;设计三相电调理电路,实现系统硬件设计;在系统软件方面,变电站智能配电功能数据自动采样,实现系统的智能配电功能;再通过计算变电站智能配电控制当量;利用变电站智能配电控制当量映射,实现系统的智能控制功能。实验结果表明,实验组的同步率明显高于对照组的同步率,实现对220 kV变电站智能配电及控制系统的优化设计。
Considering the practical application of traditional 220 kV substation intelligent distribution and control system,because there is no PLC programmable logic controller,the system synchronization rate is low.Therefore,the design and research of intelligent distribution and control system based on 220 kV substation is proposed.In terms of system hardware,ps4-dws007 upper computer is designed to provide hardware environment for system operation;PLC programmable logic controller is designed to support synchronous operation and automatic configuration of sudden transmission mode;three-phase electric conditioning circuit is designed to realize system hardware design;in terms of system software,substation intelligent power distribution function data is automatically sampled to realize intelligent power distribution of the system Then,the intelligent control function of the system is realized by calculating the equivalent of intelligent distribution control of substation and mapping of intelligent distribution control equivalent of substation.The experimental results show that the synchronization rate of the experimental group is significantly higher than that of the control group,and the optimal design of intelligent distribution and control system of 220 kV substation is realized.
