定子绕组端部振动智能诊断系统在600 MW汽轮发电机组中的应用

摘要 利用端部振动智能诊断系统对发电机定子绕组端部振动进行实时监测,从振动变化趋势上识别某些潜在或者发展中的故障,及时发现隐患,达到早期预警,并将事故消除在萌芽状态。如果运行时端部振动突然发生异常情况,运行人员可根据机组振动情况及时调整发电机运行状态,并根据振动数据分析研究,及时采取有效解决方法,避免恶性事故的发生,提高发电机组运行的可靠性和安全性,具有很大的经济效益和社会效益。 The end vibration intelligent diagnosis system is used to monitor the end vibration of generator stator winding in real time.Some potential or developing faults can be identified from the vibration trend,and hidden dangers can be found in time to achieve early warning and eliminate the accident in the bud.If the abnormal situation of end vibration occurs suddenly during operation,the operating personnel can timely adjust the operation state of the generator according to the vibration situation of the unit,and take effective solutions in time according to the vibration data analysis and research,so as to avoid the occurrence of malignant accidents and improve the reliability and safety of the generator set operation,which has great economic and social benefits.
