35 kV电力电缆在试验、运行中击穿的原因分析

摘要 首先对电缆在试验、运行中击穿原因的几大种类进行分析,并从金属屏蔽、铜带断裂、接地方式、排列方式错误、并联长度5个方面详细阐述35 kV电缆击穿原因,然后从电缆质量、敷设、附加安装3个方面列举电力电缆试验、运行中需要注意的问题,最后提出检查电力电缆金属屏蔽情况、增加电力电缆的回流导线、调整电力电缆的排列方式、调整电力电缆的预留长度、采用铜丝屏蔽方式等处理击穿故障的建议。 First,analyze the major types of cable breakdown causes during testing and operation,and elaborate on the 35 kV cable breakdown causes from five aspects:metal shielding,copper strip break,grounding method,wrong arrangement,and parallel length.List the problems that need attention in power cable test and operation from the three aspects of cable quality,laying and additional installation.Finally,it is proposed to check the metal shielding of power cables,increase the return conductors of power cables,adjust the arrangement of power cables,and adjust power cables.Suggestions such as reserved length and copper wire shielding method to deal with breakdown faults provide reference for power cable troubleshooting and installation personnel.
