摘要
变电站刀闸电机电源该不该长期投入,一直存在争议。电气设备程序化操作及调控一体化的推进,迫切要求对刀闸电机电源实施长投。然而,目前运行中刀闸电机回路未设置防止带负荷拉刀闸的二次联锁回路,运行中的端子箱因密封不良受潮等因素导致端子、二次线元器件受潮腐蚀、氧化,轻者造成二次回路绝缘降低导致交直流接地、短路,重者可能因刀闸电机电源回路的分合闸接触器动作导致带负荷拉刀闸。鉴于此,本文对变电站刀闸电机电源实施长投进行风险评估分析,并提出了具体的管控对策。
It has been controversial whether the power supply of knife switch motor in substation should be put into operation for a long time.With the advancement of the integration of programmed operation and regulation of electrical equipment,it is urgent to implement long-term switch on of knife switch motor power supply.However,there is no secondary interlocking circuit to prevent loaded broach in the motor circuit of knife switch in operation.The terminal box in operation is affected by damp and damp due to poor sealing,which leads to damp corrosion and oxidation of terminals and secondary line components.In light cases,the insulation of secondary circuit is reduced,resulting in AC/DC grounding and short circuit.In severe cases,it may be caused by the action of opening and closing contactors in the power circuit of knife switch motor With load broach.In view of this,this paper carries out risk assessment and Analysis on the implementation of long-term power supply of knife switch motor in substation,and puts forward specific control countermeasures.
