在当今日益激烈的国际和国内市场竞争中,人力资源是所有企业的核心资源,直接反映了企业竞争力的大小。电力作为社会经济巨轮的能源供给者,随着社会经济的发展和国家电力体制的改革,要求电力企业深化改革,以适应新形势下社会经济发展的需要。随着社会的快速发展,互联网产业也在迅速崛起。其中,巨大的互联网技术使很多传统产业发生了巨大的变化,这为企业员工培训的创新带来了广阔的空间。以“互联网+”为背景,阐述了“互联网+”的培训模式与“互联网+”在电力企业员工培训中的意义,最后提出“互联网+”下电力企业员工培训模式的创新策略,旨在为现代电力企业培养人才提供助力。
In today’s increasingly fierce competition in the international and domestic markets,human resources are the core resources of all enterprises,which directly reflect the competitiveness of enterprises.Electricity,as the energy supplier of the social and economic giant,along with the social and economic development and the reform of the national power system,requires power companies to deepen reforms to meet the needs of social and economic development under the new situation.With the rapid development of society,the Internet industry is also rising rapidly.Among them,the huge Internet technology has caused tremendous changes in many traditional industries,which has brought a broad space for innovation in corporate employee training.Based on the background of“Internet+”,this article expounds the“Internet+”training model and the significance of“Internet+”in the training of employees of electric power companies,and finally proposes innovative strategies for the training model of electric power companies under“Internet+”.Provide assistance for modern power companies to train talents.
