基于序关系分析法的历史文化街区活力评价——以西琉璃厂街区为例

Vitality Evaluation of Historical and Cultural Districts Based on Sequential Relationship Analysis--Taking West Liulichang District as an Example

历史文化街区是我国文化遗产的重要空间载体,是城市特色和文化的集中体现.近年来在历史文化街区保护过程当中,由于过于重视物质空间,造成了文化内涵和活力丧失,在很大程度上阻碍了街区的文化传承.以西琉璃厂街区为例,对历史文化街区进行活力评价,从外部物质空间需求和内部活动与交往需求构建了历史文化街区活力评价指标体系,运用序关系分析法确定指标权重,构建历史文化街区活力评价模型,计算街区活力值,使历史文化街区活力评价更加定量化.最后针对模型计算结果,从外部和内部2个方面提出历史文化街区活力提升策略,以期实现历史文化街区活力复兴.

Historical and cultural blocks are an important form of cultural heritage in China,and they are a concentrated expression of urban characteristics and culture.In recent years,in the process of protecting historical and cultural blocks,due to the over-emphasis on material,the cultural connotation and vitality of the blocks have been lost,which has largely hindered the cultural heritage of the blocks.Therefore,the vitality evaluation of historical and cultural blocks is proposed in the paper by taking the West Liulichang block as an example.The article focuses on combining the expert scoring method and the analytic hierarchy process to establish an index system for evaluating the vitality of historical and cultural districts.The index weight method is used to determine the index weight.A vitality evaluation model for historical and cultural districts is constructed to calculate the vitality of the districts and make it more quantitative.Finally,based on the calculation results of the model,the strategy of improving the vitality of historical and cultural blocks is proposed from both the internal and external aspects in order to achieve the revitalization of historical and cultural blocks.
