摘要
船舶在海上会受到风、浪和流等载荷的影响而发生振荡运动,对人员和设备带来安全隐患,所以校核船载仪器的疲劳寿命设计和找到可靠的疲劳寿命计算方法就显得尤为重要.将机械振动理论应用于船载雷达二维转向台架高基座疲劳分析的研究,建立了某船载雷达纵摇、横摇、二维转向台惯性力和转矩模型,并借助WORKBENCH软件进行疲劳寿命分析,疲劳寿命分析结果满足该结构整体设计需求.
The ship vibrates under the influence of wind,wave,current and other loads at sea,which will bring safety hazards to personnel and equipment.Therefore,it is very important to check the fatigue life design of on board instruments and find a reliable fatigue life calculation method.In this paper,the theory of mechanical vibration is applied to the fatigue analysis of two-dimensional bogie on high base of shipborne radar.The models of longitudinal sway,lateral sway and inertia force and torque of two-dimensional bogie of a shipborne radar are established.The fatigue life analysis is carried out with the help of WORKBENCH software.The results show that the fatigue life analysis meets the overall design requirements of the structure.
