摘要
为探究芳纶纬编针织增强体复合材料的力学性能,以对位芳纶纤维为原料,设计并编织1+1满针罗纹和罗纹空气层2种组织织物增强体。以E-51环氧树脂为基体,制备芳纶针织增强体平板复合材料。测试了材料的拉伸、弯曲、压缩以及层间剪切性能。结果显示:经LiCl/无水乙醇溶液络合处理的芳纶纬编针织增强体复合材料的各项力学性能均有所提高。在拉伸、弯曲、压缩等力学性能方面,罗纹空气层针织增强体平板复合材料优于1+1满针罗纹针织增强体复合材料。
To discuss the mechanical properties of aramid weft-knitted reinforced composites,with aramid fiber as raw materials,two kinds of fabric reinforcements with 1+1 full-needle rib and Milano rib stitch were designed and knitted.Using E-51 epoxy resin as the matrix,the aramid weft-knitted reinforced flat plate composites were prepared.The tensile,bending and compression properties of aramid knitted reinforced composite plate were measured by YG026D electronic fabric strength machine.The results show that the mechanical properties of aramid knitted reinforced composites treated with LiCl/anhydrous ethanol complexing solution have been improved.The mechanical properties of rib air layer knitted reinforced plate composite are better than 1+1 full-needle ribbed knitted reinforced composites such as tension,bending strength and compression.
