摘要 通过对300 MW亚临界循环流化床机组AGC逻辑优化过程的介绍,给出一套具有针对性的控制策略优化方案。通过对机组实际变负荷能力的测试,验证了其实际应用的可行性;通过对机组实际运行数据的分析,并从实际应用出发,给出循环流化床机组AGC控制策略的针对性方案,阐述了其实际应用的效果,分析了其存在的弊端,给出了进一步完善的方向,为循环流化床机组AGC控制系统的优化完善提供了借鉴。 This paper introduces the AGC logic optimization process of 300 MW subcritical circulating fluidized bed units.It gives a set of targeted control strategy optimization scheme.The feasibility of its practical application is verified by the test of the unit's actual variable load capacity.Through the analysis of the actual operation data of the unit,and from the practical application,the direction for further improvement are pointed out.This paper gives a targeted scheme of AGC control strategy for circulating fluidized bed unit,and expounds the effect of its practical application.It analyzes its existing disadvantages,and gives the direction of further improvement,which providing new idea for the optimization and improvement of AGC control system for circulating fluidized bed unit.
