新时代下高等教育对师德师风提出了更高要求,教师的师德师风作为评价高校教师的重要标准,师德师风建设要求教师热爱教学、专心教学、钻研教学,潜心教书育人。通过与学生的交流和调查,召开教师座谈会、学校和学院教学督导组反馈座谈会,分析师德师风建设现状、存在问题和根源。学校学院一盘棋,以学院为主体加强师德师风建设,加强思想作风建设,树立良好师德形象,培养树立先进典型为全体教师示范引领作用,建立和完善并认真执行奖惩机制,适应新时代对师德师风建设要求构建和谐教与学关系等方面提出对策。

In the new era,higher education has put forward higher requirements for teachers’morality and style.As the first criterion to evaluate teachers of universities,the construction of teachers’morality and style requires teachers to love teaching,devote themselves to teaching,research teaching and educate people.Through the communication and investigation with students,the teachers’forum and the teaching supervision group feedback forum of schools and colleges,the current situation,existing problems and root causes of the construction of teachers’moral style are analyzed.Schools and university should be treated as a unity with the former in the main position in the construction of teachers’morality and style,strengthening the construction of ideology and style and establishing a good image of teachers’morality,training and setting up advanced models for all teachers to lead by example,establishing and improving the reward and punishment mechanism,and building a harmonious relationship between teaching and learning when adapting to new requirements of teachers’morality and style in the new era.
