摘要 目的:研制一种基于光纤胃镜的血流成像系统,以清晰地观察组织各部位的相对血流速度。方法:该系统采用激光散斑成像技术设计,整个硬件系统由激光器、光纤准直器、光纤胃镜、CCD相机、卤素光源、计算机等组成,软件系统采用基于LabVIEW和MATLAB的激光散斑连续设置软件。采用在体实验和仿体实验验证该系统的有效性。结果:该系统成像清晰,可以很便捷地分辨组织不同部位的相对血流速度,且能分辨的最小血流速度变化为0.3 mm/s。结论:该系统实现了组织结构信息与血流信息的同步监测,为胃部疾病的诊断与治疗提供了新的依据。 Objective To develop a blood flow imaging system based on fiber optic gastroscope to clearly observe the relative blood flow velocity of various parts of the tissue.Methods A blood flow imaging system based on fiber optic gastroscope was designed with laser speckle technology,which had the hardware system composed of the laser,fiber collimator,fiber optic gastroscope,CCD camera,halogen light source,computer and etc.,and had the continuous setup software system realized based on LabVIEW and MATLAB.In vivo and mimetic experiments were used to verify the effectiveness of the system.Results The system could easily distinguish the relative blood flow velocities of different parts of the tissue with clear imaging,and the smallest velocity variation of 0.3 mm/s could be differentiated.Conclusion The system enables simultaneous monitoring of tissue structure and blood flow,providing a new basis for the diagnosis and treatment of gastric diseases.[Chinese Medical Equipment Journal,2020,41(10):13-17]
