摘要
目的:设计一套基于电子健康卡的多卡通就医系统,实现多类型就诊卡的全流程多卡融合就医服务。方法:采用浏览器/服务器(Browser/Server,B/S)架构,应用HTML5和CSS3技术,使用C#和JavaScript编程语言,依托人脸核身和主索引管理技术实现包括电子健康卡注册、主索引管理、门急诊和住院业务服务、自助终端服务4个功能模块的基于电子健康卡的多卡通就医系统。结果:该系统实现了电子健康卡、银行卡、社保卡、身份证等多类型就诊卡的就医全流程融合使用,节约了医院发行实体卡的成本,提升了患者就医体验的满意度和患者的就医便利度。结论:基于电子健康卡的多卡通就医系统实现了人脸识别就医的全流程覆盖,为后续全流程生物识别就医奠定了坚实基础。
Objective To design a multi-card medical system based on the electronic health card to realize whole-course medical service compatible with multi types of medical cards.Methods A multi-card medical system based on the electronic health card was developed with B/S architecture,HTML5 and CSS3 technologies and C#and JavaScript programming language,which used technologies of face authentication and master index management to realize four function modules for electronic health card registration,master index management,services for outpatient,emergency treatment and inpatient as well as automatic terminal service.Results The system developed implemented whole-course medical service compatible with electronic health card,bank card,social security card,ID card and etc,enhanced patient satisfaction and convenience and saved the cost for publishing entity cards.Conclusion The system developed realizes whole-course medical service based on face authentication,and lays a foundation for the biometrics-based service in the future.[Chinese Medical Equipment Journal,2020,41(10):30-36]
