还原染料隐色体轧染工艺

摘要 通过研究四只还原染料的隐色体轧染工艺,对比其悬浮体轧染工艺,四只还原染料还原黑RB、还原红F3B、还原棕BR、还原绿B在采用隐色体轧染工艺时,染料用量为5 g/L、还原剂W用量为5 g/L、烧碱用量为6 g/L;对应使用悬浮体轧染工艺时染料用量为30 g/L、保险粉用量为45 g/L、烧碱用量为40 g/L,得到四只还原染料隐色体染色布样得色深度可以达到悬浮体染色布样的颜色深度,且隐色体染色布样的各项色牢度不低于悬浮体染色布样的各项色牢度。因此,还原染料隐色体轧染工艺能有效降低染料及助剂用量,缩短染色工艺流程、能有效降低生产成本。符合国家节能减排的总方针,具有很大的市场应用价值。 By studying the leuco dyeing process of four vat dyes,the suspension dyeing processes were compared,and when the four vat dyes such as black RB,red F3B,brown BR,and green B adopted the leuco dyeing process,the amount of dye was 5 g/L,the amount of reducing agent W was 5 g/L,the amount of caustic soda was 6 g/L;the amount of dye used in the suspension dyeing process was 30 g/L,the amount of insurance powder was 45 g/L,the dosage of caustic soda was 40 g/L,and the color depth of the leuco dyed swatches of the four vat dyes could reach the color depth of the suspension dyed swatches,and the color fastness of the leuco dyed swatches was not lower than that of the suspension dyed swatches.Therefore,the leuco dyeing process of vat dye could effectively reduce the amount of dyes and auxiliaries,shorten the dyeing process,and effectively reduce production cost,which conformed to the national general policy of energy conservation and emission reduction and had great market application value.
