摘要
在这项工作中,我们设计了汉麻基纤维素水凝胶复合功能性伤口敷料研究构思。伤口敷料的三层结构-保护层为利用水刺加工技术制备的汉麻基非织造布,设计克重为50g/m ^2;接触面层是在氯化钙-甲酸(CaCl 2 -FA)二元溶解体系下利用静电纺丝纺制的SF纳米纤维膜,SF纳米纤维均匀铺在水刺非织造布上,成纤性较好。然后将超吸水性、自愈性的水凝胶涂在SF纳米纤维膜与非织造布复合功能性伤口敷料基底布上,形成最终的功能性伤口敷料,具有保湿性、防菌性、防止液体扩散性、吸水性、自我愈合性等的多重功能。功能性伤口敷料的克重51.62g/m ^2 ,厚度1.181mm,透湿性284.201±27.39g/m^ 2 ·h -1 。
The research concept of hemp-based cellulose hydrogel composite functional wound dressings was designed.The wound dressing was designed as a three-layer structure,which was divided into a protective layer,a contact surface layer,and a hydrogel coating.Among them,the protective layer was a hemp-based nonwoven fabric prepared by hydro-entanglement processing technology,and the design weight was 50g/m^2;the contact surface layer was a SF nanofiber membrane made by electrostatic spinning under CaCl 2-FA binary solution system,SF nanofibers evenly spread on the spunlaced nonwoven fabric,and the fiber forming property was better.Then the super absorbent and self-healing hydrogel was coated on the SF nanofiber membrane,together with nonwoven fabric composite functional wound dressing base cloth to form the final functional wound dressing,which had multiple properties such as moisturizing,antibacterial,liquid diffusion preventing,water absorption and self-healing.The functional wound dressing had a weight of 51.62 g/m^2,a thickness of 1.181mm,and a moisture permeability of 284.201±27.39 g/m^ 2.h^-1.
