24份玉米品种萌发期耐碱性的综合评价 被引量:13

Comprehensive Evaluation of Alkali Tolerance during Germination in 24 Maize Varieties

摘要 为筛选适宜在盐碱地种植的普通玉米品种,以24份市售玉米品种为试验材料,在萌发期采用100 mmol·L^-1盐碱溶液(NaHCO3∶Na2CO3物质的量比为9∶1)胁迫处理,测定发芽势、发芽率、发芽指数、活力指数、胚芽长、胚根长6项指标,采用隶属函数综合分析方法,鉴定供试材料的耐碱性,为大庆盐碱地区耐碱玉米品种的选育与选择提供参考。结果表明,轻度碱胁迫对5个品种的发芽势、6个品种的发芽率及3个品种的发芽指数具有促进作用,对其余品种的发芽势、发芽率及发芽指数表现抑制作用,对所有品种的活力指数、胚芽长度及胚根长度有抑制作用。将供试玉米品种的耐碱级别分为4类,耐碱品种2份,中度耐碱品种8份,碱一般敏感品种11份,碱敏感品种3份。耐碱玉米品种分别是丰禾726及恒育218,可进一步进行苗期或大田耐盐碱性研究。 To select common maize varieties suitable for planting in saline-alkali land,24 commercial maize varieties were used as test materials,and 100 mmol·L^-1 saline-alkali solution(Amount of substance NaHCO3∶Na2CO3 was 9∶1)as treatment during the germination period,germination potential,germination rate,germination index,vitality index,plant length,root length 6 indicators were determined,and membership function comprehensive analysis method was used to identify the test materials for alkali resistance to provide reference for breeding and selection of alkali-tolerant maize varieties in Daqing saline-alkali area.The results showed that mild alkali stress promoted the germination potential of 5 varieties,the germination rate of 6 varieties,and the germination index of 3 varieties,and inhibited the germination potential,germination rate,and germination index of other varieties,inhibited the vitality index plant length and root length of all varieties.The alkali resistance levels of maize varieties tested were divided into 4 categories,2 alkali-resistant varieties,8 medium alkali-resistant varieties,11 general alkali-sensitive varieties,and 3 alkali-sensitive varieties.Alkali-resistant maize varieties were Fenghe 726 and Hengyu 218,which could be further studied at the seedling stage or in the field.
