湿式厌氧发酵原料匀质化混合设备设计及试验 被引量:1

摘要 针对我国大力发展农业废弃物能源化技术和厌氧发酵技术仍不成熟的现状,设计了一套由两级混合搅拌装置组合而成的湿式厌氧发酵原料匀质化混合设备,为提高厌氧发酵的沼气产率提供预处理条件。为探究该匀质化混合设备的匀质化性能,以混合时间、转速、混合原料干物质浓度(TS)以及秸秆、牛粪、尾菜干物质量比为试验因素,变异系数为评价指标,采用四因素三水平正交试验方法进行试验研究。结果表明:该设备可将干物质浓度3%~10%,秸秆、牛粪、尾菜干物质量配比分别为1∶1∶1、1∶2∶1、1∶3∶1的湿式厌氧发酵原料匀质化混合;各因素对混合均匀度的影响由大到小依次为混合时间、原料干物质浓度、不同原料干物质量比、转速。 In view of the fact that China was still not mature in developing energy technology and anaerobic fermentation technology of agricultural waste.A set of wet anaerobic fermentation raw material homogenization mixing equipment composed of two-stage mixing and stirring device was designed to provide pretreatment conditions for improving the biogas production rate of anaerobic fermentation.In order to explore the homogenization performance of the homogenization mixing equipment,the mixing time,rotation speed,dry matter concentration of mixed raw materials and dry matter ratio of straw,cow dung and tail vegetables were taken as experimental factors,the variation coefficient as evaluation indicators,four factors three levels orthogonal experiment methods were used to experimental study.Results showed that the device could evenly mixed concentration(TS)of dry matter 3%~10% and wet anaerobic fermentation raw material which the ratio of the straw,cow dung,the tail vegetables of dry matter was 1∶1∶1,1∶2∶1,1∶3∶1,respectively.The influence of various factors on the mixing evenness was in the order of mixing time,quantitative concentration of dry matter of raw materials,proportion of dry matter concentration of different raw materials and rotation speed.
