社会治理视域下的公民法治认同感研究

A Study on Citizens'Recognition of Rule of Law from the Perspective of Social Governance

社会治理共同体彰显了公民主体参与社会治理的重要性,社会秩序构建需要公民良好的法治认同感。社会规范的共生与冲突关联着公民法治认同感,结合社会规范冲突的视角,对个体法治认同的影响因素进行分析。围绕公民法治认同感构建,从法治认同的基础、核心、融合、实践各方面进行分析,以期发挥公民作为理性主体的功用,加快推动社会治理现代化的进程。

The community of social governance has remarkably strengthened the significance of citizens'participation in social governance,and the construction of social order requires citizens to develop a profound recognition of rule of law.The symbiosis and conflict of social norms are correlated with citizens'recognition of rule of law.This paper analyzes the influencing factors of individuals'recognition of rule of law from the perspective of conflict of social norms.Based on the construction of citizens'recognition of rule of law,this paper explores the basis,core,integration and practice with regard to the recognition of rule of law,so as to give full play to the functions of citizens as the rational subject and accelerate the modernization of social governance.
