摘要
在孟买高温高湿环境下盾构隧道施工中,为满足施工需求和优化设备性能,需要对施工区域进行降温。通过研究盾构机通风和冷却系统的特点,从降低新风温度和降低设备散热温度2个方面,选用合适的设备对通风和冷却系统进行优化改进。在后续盾构机掘进中,对比改进系统在使用和未使用情况下的新风温度和冷却系统温度,验证改进后系统能起到有效降温作用,解决盾构机施工区域温度过高的难题,保证盾构机施工的顺利进行。
During the construction of shield tunnels in Mumbai's high temperature&humidity environment,in order to meet construction requirements&optimize equipment performance,it is necessary to cool the construction area.By studying the characteristics of the ventilation&cooling system of the shield machine,from the 2 aspects of reducing the fresh air temperature&reducing the heat dissipation temperature of the equipment,suitable equipment is selected to optimize the ventilation&cooling system.In the subsequent tunneling of the shield machine,the fresh air temperature&the cooling system temperature of the improved system in use and not in use are compared to verify that the improved system can effectively reduce the temperature&solve the problem of excessively high temperature in the construction area of the shield machine.It can ensure the smooth progress of shield machine construction.
