摘要
小流域综合整治是一项复杂的系统工程。以合肥市王建沟流域综合整治(DBO)项目为例,坚持水质目标和问题导向,提出分期治理、工程措施和长效管理相结合的治理思路,水质提升采用“控源截污+内源治理+旁路处理+生态修复+曝气增氧+活水循环”的工艺路线,确保考核断面主要出水水质指标达到GB 3838—2002《地表水环境质量标准》V类水,河道水质明显改善。该案例在小流域治理中具有良好的应用示范作用。
The comprehensive regulation of small watershed is a complex system engineering.Taking the comprehensive treatment(DBO)project of Wangjiangou watershed in Hefei as an example,it adheres to the water quality objectives&problem orientation,and proposes the treatment idea of combining phased treatment,engineering measures&long-term management.The process route of source control&pollution interception+endogenous treatment+bypass treatment+ecological restoration+aeration and aeration+live water circulation is adopted to ensure that the main effluent quality indexes of the assessment section reach Class V water of GB 3838—2002 Environmental Quality Standard for Surface Water,the river water quality has been significantly improved.The case has a good application demonstration effect in small watershed treatment.
