摘要 近年来,城市黑臭水体整治已进入巩固完善阶段,消除丧失使用功能的(劣于Ⅴ类)水体已成为城市水环境治理的根本目标,治理切入点也从截“点源”转为控“面源”。为了做好平衡控“面源”措施的环境效益、经济效益和社会效益,水环境容量核算、面源污染负荷削减率制订及水质目标可达性分析就极为必要。以南昌艾溪湖流域水环境综合治理项目为案例,通过水环境容量和面源污染负荷削减率的数学理论计算,并借助1D、2D耦合数值模型的模拟成果和动态展示功能为项目决策提供有效的技术支撑。 In recent years,urban blackodorous water treatment has entered the stage of consolidation&improvement.The elimination of water bodies that have lost their use function(inferior to Class V)has become the fundamental goal of urban water environment governance,and the breakthrough point of treatment has changed from point source to non-point source.In order to balance the environmental,economic&social benefits of non-point source control measures,it is necessary to calculate water environmental capacity,formulate non-point source pollution load reduction rate and analyze water quality target accessibility.Taking the water environment comprehensive treatment project of Aixi Lake basin in Nanchang as an example,through the mathematical theoretical calculation of water environment capacity and non-point source pollution load reduction rate,and with the help of 1D,2D coupling numerical model simulation results&dynamic display function,it provides effective technical support for project decisionmaking.
