“蓄排平衡”理念下的雨水管渠设计 被引量:3

摘要 随着城市大规模开发建设,路面硬化面积逐年增多,天然调蓄面积萎缩,虽然提升管网重现期设计标准,城市内涝依然频发,造成很大经济损失。基于秀洲公园连通管道工程以“排”为主和“蓄排平衡”思路进行雨水管渠设计,研究了如何利用滞蓄空间,有效提高城市排水系统标准,缓减城市内涝压力,减轻河道污染,使城市排水系统达到健康可持续发展。研究表明,利用河道调蓄的“蓄排平衡”法较以“排”为主的面积叠加法计算时,有效减小雨水管渠设计管径,可为类似工程提供借鉴。 With the large-scale development&construction of the city,the hardening area of pavement increases year by year,and the natural storage area shrinks.Although the design standard of return period of pipe network is improved,urban waterlogging still occurs frequently,causing great economic losses.Based on the idea of drainage and balance of storage&drainage in the connecting pipeline project of Xiuzhou Park,it studies how to use the retentionstorage space to effectively improve the standard of urban drainage system,reduce the urban waterlogging pressure,reduce the river pollution,and make the urban drainage system achieve healthy&sustainable development.The results show that the balance of storage&drainage method for river regulation&storage can effectively reduce the design diameter of storm pipe compared with the area superposition method with drainage as the main method,which can provide reference for similar projects.
