摘要
本研究以12个鸟类物种为研究对象,采用全谱直读电感耦合等离子体发射光谱法(ICP-OES法)测定样品中的微量元素,并对其元素的组成和含量进行分析研究。分析结果表明,17份卵壳样品中Ca元素的含量最高,S、Na、P、Sr、Mg、K含量较高,Zn、Ce、Cu、Ta只有极少数物种的卵壳检出微量。元素检测结果采用软件IBM SPSS Statistics 22中的系统聚类法,根据元素含量对样品进行物种聚类分析,利用变异数分析法对聚类后分组物种进行元素的组间差异显著性分析。由聚类图可见,17份卵壳样品分成2个群体,群1物种均属鸡形目,群2物种均属雁形目。结果表明,通过卵壳元素含量差异可区分鸡形目与雁形目,因此,对两目间卵壳组成元素进行差异分析。鸟类卵壳元素的组成及含量可以间接反映雌鸟的营养状况,并可作为评价其生存环境质量的一个客观指标。保持饲料营养水平的均衡对维持人工养殖动物的健康十分重要,特别是与提高动物的繁殖率密切相关。
In this study,we identified the trace elements of 17 eggshell samples of 12 bird species using full-spectrum direct-reading inductively coupled plasma optical emission spectrometry(ICP-OES).We then analyzed the composition and content of these trace elements.Calcium content was highest in 17 eggshell samples,and the contents of S,Na,P,Sr,Mg and K were also high.Trace amounts of Zn,Ce,Cu and Ta were found in eggshells of only a few species.The elemental detection results were analyzed by the system clustering method in the software IBM SPSS Statistics 22,and the samples were clustered according to the element content.The variance analysis method was used to analyze the significant differences between the groups.It can be seen from the clustering diagram that 17 eggshell samples are clustered into two groups,group 1 including species of Galliformes,and group 2 including species of Anseriformes.The results showed that species of Galliformes and Anseriformes can be discriminated based on the elemental composition of the egg shell.The composition and content of elements in bird egg-shell can indirectly reflect the nutritional status of female birds and can be used as an objective indicator to evaluate the quality of their living environment.Maintaining dietary nutrient levels is important to maintain the health of animals in captivity,especially in terms of increasing reproduction rates.
