基于大数据探究野生动物的发案规律

Research on the Tendency of Wildlife Crime Based on Big Data

野生动物是全人类的共同财富,是自然界的重要组成部分,在维持自然生态平衡方面发挥着巨大的作用,但不法分子为一己私利大肆破坏野生动物资源。本研究以国家林业局森林公安司法鉴定中心2017—2019年受理的案件为基础,对野生动物案件的基本情况及发案的基本规律进行分析。分析结果得出野生动物案件涉案物种相对集中,犯案手法更加隐蔽,涉案人员多元化等特点。本研究对打击野生动物犯罪、保护野生动物资源具有重要的指导意义。

Wildlife is the common wealth of all mankind,an important part of nature,and plays a huge role in maintaining the natural ecological balance.However,there are always some criminals destroying wildlife resources for their own benefit.Based on the wildlife crime data compiled by the Forestry Public Security Judicial Identification Center of the State Forestry and Grassland Administration from 2017 to 2019,we analyzed the basic situation of all cases and summarized the occurrence rules.Our analysis showed that the species of wildlife involved in crimes were similar in recent years but the criminal methods have become more secretive and the criminals more diverse.Our goal in this research was to provide guidance for fighting crime and protecting wildlife resources.
