摘要
由于立法缺陷、对生育的社会价值认识不充分、法律执行落实不到位等多方面原因,女性人才的成长尤其是女性劳动权益保障方面依然面临一些瓶颈。因此,首先,要加强宣传、让男女平等的观念深入人心,在全社会营造积极的保障女性劳动权益的氛围;其次,要更新理念,让女性生育的社会价值成为社会共识,从而使女性劳动权益“实质性平等”得到充分保障;再次,要精细化相关规定,让女职工劳动权益保障有关的法律规章更能落实落地;最后,要打通维权流程痛点、堵点,让女性在劳动权益受到侵犯时真正投诉有门,维权有道。这些举措能进一步促进女性平等就业,优化社会人才性别结构,实现人才资源利用的效率最大化。
Due to various reasons such as insufficient legislation,insufficient understanding of the social value of childbearing,and inadequate implementation of laws,the growth of female talent,sespecially the protection of women′s labor rights,still faces some bottlenecks.There are some countermeasures.First,it is required to strengthen publicity,letting the concept of equality between men and women truly penetrate into the mind of the people and creating a positive atmosphere to protect women′s labor rights in the whole society.Second,it is necessary to further update the concept so that the social value of childbearing becomes a social consensus,and the"substantial equality"of women′s labor rights is fully guaranteed.Third,the administration need further refine the relevant regulations so that the laws and regulations related to the protection of labor rights of female employees can be more effectively implemented.Finally,we need further break through the pain points and blocking points of the rights protection process,so that when women′s labor rights are violated,they can really have ways to complaint and defend their rights.Through these measures,women′s equal employment will be further promoted,and the gender structure of human resources will be optimized,and the efficiency of the use of human resources will be maximized.
