摘要
优势视角是一种关注人的内在力量和优势资源的视角,优势、赋权、成员资格、悬置怀疑、抗逆力是构成优势视角框架的重要组成部分。基于优势视角理论,以社会工作个案、小组、社区三大方法介入大学生劳动教育,要求开展个案会谈、家庭访谈,建立劳动兴趣、劳动学习、劳动意识提升与支持小组,通过社区志愿服务、社区行动有效链接资源,以此激发大学生的优势和潜能,实现科学劳动价值观的建构,切实提高劳动教育的实效性。
Advantage perspective pays attention to people′s inner strength and advantageous resources.Advantages,empowerment,membership,suspension of doubt,and resilience are important parts of the framework of advantage perspective.Based on the theory of superiority perspective,three methods of social work case,group,and community are used to intervene in college students′labor education.Case talks and family interviews are required to establish labor interest,labor learning,and labor awareness promotion and support groups.Through community volunteer services and community actions,resources are effectively linked to stimulate the advantages and potential of college students,realize the construction of scientific labor values,and improve the effectiveness of labor education.
