基于“三全育人”视域下的研究生德育模式探究

Research on the Moral Education Model of Postgraduates from the Perspective of"Three All-Round Education"

以全员、全方位、全过程育人为指导,构建全面、整体的育人体系,有利于从系统的视角解决研究生德育工作中存在的问题,强化研究生群体的德育工作。目前,研究生德育工作面临着研究生自身特点、现有工作观念和方法不适应现实需要、管理模式存在一定缺陷、德育资源短缺四个方面的挑战,因此,提升研究生德育质量具有必要性。“三全育人”视域下的研究生德育模式构建,可从强化各级职责管理,形成全方位育人新格局;全面落实研究生导师立德树人职责,系统协调全员育人;搭建三位一体育人模式,融入全过程育人各阶段三个层面着手,使研究生思想政治教育立体而完整。

Under the guidance of all members,all directions and the whole process of education,constructing a comprehensive and holistic education system is conducive to solving the problems existing in the moral education of graduate students from a systematic perspective and strengthening the moral education of graduate students.At present,the moral education work of graduate students is faced with the challenges of the deficiencies of graduate students,the existing work concepts and methods being inconsistent with the needs of reality,the defects of management mode,and the shortage of moral education resources.Therefore,it is necessary to improve the quality of postgraduate moral education.The construction of a postgraduate moral education model from the perspective of"three all-round education"requires to strengthen responsibility management at all levels to form a new pattern of all-round education,fully implement the responsibilities of graduate tutors to establish morality,systematically coordinate the education of all employees,and build an education model integrating all stages of the whole process of education,making the ideological and political education of graduate students three-dimensional and complete.
