摘要
以某实际工程为例,通过有限元数值分析研究基础环式风机基础混凝土强度低于设计强度时基础的受力性能表现。研究表明,混凝土低强对基础安全的影响主要表现在承载能力极限状态方面。正常荷载作用下基础环T型板附近混凝土易因拉应力集中反复作用破碎;极端荷载作用下迎风侧整个柱墩拉应力超标形成向上连通的开裂区,基础环可能被拔出引起倒塔事故。通过研究某风机基础混凝土低强对基础安全的影响,以实例说明了控制施工质量的重要性,并为类似工程风险防范预判及处理提供依据和参考。
Taking an actual project as an example,the mechanical performance of the foundation in case that the concrete strength of the foundation is lower than the design strength is studied through finite element numerical analysis.Result shows that the impact of low concrete strength on foundation safety is mainly reflected in the ultimate state of bearing capacity.Under normal load,the concrete near the T-shaped slab of the foundation ring is prone to be broken due to the repeated action of tensile stress concentration;under extreme load,the tensile stress of the entire column pier on the windward side exceeds the standard to form an upwardly connected cracking zone,and the foundation ring may be pulled out and cause a tower collapse accident.By studying the impact of the low concrete strength on the safety of the wind turbine foundation,the importance of construction quality control is illustrated with examples,and it provides basis and reference for the risk prevention and treatment of similar projects.
