摘要
当今国产化需求越发迫切,发展自主可控国产化元器件已成为必然趋势。本文设计并实现了基于PID算法的四开关数字电源。该电源以STM32F334为主控芯片,其它核心芯片和分离元件均选用国产芯片,通过PID算法改变PWM占空比,实现数据监控、过压过流保护、人机交互等功能。实验证明该数字电源完成了电源参数的实时监测、电路保护及恒压恒流输出,具有成本低、实时性高、国产率高等优点。
Nowadays,the demand for localization is becoming more urgent,and the development of independent and controllable localized components has become an inevitable trend.This paper designs and implements a four-switch digital power supply based on PID algorithm.The power supply uses STM32F334 as the main control chip,and other core chips and discrete components are made of domestic chips.The PWM duty cycle is changed by PID algorithm to achieve data monitoring,over-voltage and over-current protection,and human-computer interaction.Experiments prove that the digital power supply has completed real-time monitoring of power supply parameters,circuit protection and constant voltage and constant current output,and it has the advantages of low cost,high real-time performance,high cost performance,and high domestic production rate.
