机械式扫路车因无真空吸扫装置,作业效率较高,能耗较低,是一类节能环保型扫路车。机械式扫路车作业时,位于车辆后部的滚扫装置负责将路面上的垃圾扫到垃圾输送机上,并由输送带将垃圾运送到垃圾箱内。文中介绍了清扫系统的工作原理,总体布局,构造功能,零件的选择及设计计算等。

Because there is no pneumatic conveying device,the mechanical sweep road car is a kind of energy efficient and environmentally friendly sweep road car with high efficiency and low energy consumption.When mechanical sweep road car operations,the vehicle roll sweeping device located at the rear is responsible for sweeping the garbage from the road onto the garbage conveyor,and by the conveyor belt to transport garbage bins provided in this paper.The working principle of cleaning system,overall layout,structure function,component selection and design calculation,etc are introduced in the paper.
