摘要
国家大力发展通信新基站的“新基建”战略规划促使通讯设备设计与研发的大发展,研究基站特别是室外型安装基站散热与优化是一个非常重要的课题。本文对通讯基站仿生散热仿真方面进行深入研究,借鉴仿生原理设计了五种基站散热的散热加强布局,并对结果进行分析优化,分别对通讯基站相同芯片热功耗情况下的仿真结果和不同芯片热功耗情况下的仿真结果分析,通过仿真温度结果和温度云图找到强化散热的优选方式,为通讯基站类的设计与研发过程提供参考。
The strategic plan of"new infrastructure"for the development of new communication base stations in China promotes the development of communication equipment production and manufacturing.It is a very important task to study the heat dissipation and optimization of base stations,especially outdoor installed base stations.In this paper,the bionic heat dissipation simulation of communication base station is studied.Based on the bionic principle,five kinds of heat dissipation strengthening layout of base station are designed,and the results are analyzed and optimized.The simulation results under the same chip thermal power consumption of communication base station and different chip thermal power consumption are analyzed,and the selection method of the optimization of heat dissipation is found through the simulation temperature results and temperature cloud diagram,which provides a reference for the design of base station class.
