君越轿车刹车灯监视器的研究与设计 被引量:1

摘要 针对当前各类汽车的电气部分对刹车灯的监控都没有采取任何措施,以别克君越轿车的制动系统为基础,设计一个汽车刹车灯监视器,利用左右两个刹车灯良好与损坏时的不同的压降,换算成由两个晶体管构成的斯密特触发器的输入电压,该电压控制斯密特触发器电路的工作与否,触发器的输出控制声、光报警;分为两个刹车灯皆正常工作、两个刹车灯皆损坏、其中一个损坏等三种现象分别报警,该电路可以作为一个模块电路,集成在汽车的车身控制模块(BCM)里。有助于司机一个人就可以很容易地判断刹车灯的运行情况,便于及时维修或更换。其它汽车可以参照该设计灵活应用。 At present,no measures have been taken to monitor the brake lights in the electrical part of all kinds of cars.Based on the brake system of Buick Junyue car,a monitor for the brake lights of cars is designed.The input voltage of the Schmitt trigger composed of two transistors is converted by using the different voltage drop between the left and right brake lights in good and damaged.This voltage controls whether the circuit works or not and the output of the trigger controls the audible and visual alarm.It is divided into three kinds of alarms:two brake lights are working normally,two brake lights are damaged,and one of them is damaged.The circuit can be integrated into the body control module(BCM)of the car as a module circuit.It is helpful for the driver to judge the running condition of the brake light easily and to repair or replace it in time.Other vehicles can refer to this design for flexible application.
