北京某医院无偿献血者RhD阴性血调查分析

The Investigation and Analysis of RhD Negative Blood Types of Unpaid Blood Donors in a Hospital in Beijing Area

目的了解我院RhD阴性献血者的分布情况,建立RhD阴性献血者档案,为临床患者阴性血液成分供应提供保障。方法筛查本中心2014年至2019年中206158名无偿献血者,对其中初筛为RhD阴性的血液进行确认试验,并对其分布情况进行调查分析。结果血型初检共检出RhD阴性无偿献血者1180名,其中1102名确认为RhD阴性,男857名,女245名,阴性率为0.5%。结论根据RhD阴性献血者信息建立RhD阴性献血者数据库,形成稳定的阴性献血者队伍,并加以长期随访。

Objective To investigate the inventory of rh-negative blood components in our hospital,and to overcome the supply difficulties of negative blood components in clinical patients.Methods The primary screening of 206158 unpaid blood donors from 2014 to 2019 was conducted.Patients confirmed as Rh negative were identified and their distribution was investigated and analyzed.Results A total of 1180 cases of unpaid blood donors were found to be RhD negative,among whom 1102 cases were confirmed,including 857 males and 245 females.Conclusion The database of Rh-negative blood donors is established according to the information of negative blood donors to avoid reducing the loss of negative blood donors,and the team of negative blood donors is then followed up for a long-term.
