基于文献与专利计量的香菇育种研究与应用国内发展态势分析

Status and trends of mushroom breeding research and application based on bibliometrics and patentometrics in China

利用文献计量与专利计量法,基于CNKI和上海知识产权(专利信息)公共服务平台,借助信息可视化软件CiteSpace,根据发文量、关键词、专利量、专利技术等指标,分析我国香菇育种的研究与应用发展态势。结果显示:我国香菇菌种的选育研究20世纪80年代初取得了一些成果,90年代进入研究高峰。香菇育种技术80年代中期得到应用,2000年中期相关技术取得突飞猛进的发展。同时,研究还表明,不同地区香菇育种研究机构间缺乏合作。

The article used bibliometrics and patentometrics,with the help of information visualization software CiteSpace.Obtained data from CNKI and Shanghai Intellectual Property Information Platform.This paper analyzed the development trend of Chinese mushroom breeding from research and application.The analysis was from multiple perspectives such as the amount of articles,keywords,patents,and patented technologies.The results showed that the research on Chinese mushroom breeding made achievements in the early 1980s and entered the research peak in the 1990s.Mushroom breeding was applied in the mid-1980s,and related technologies achieved rapid development in the mid-2000s.There was a lack of cooperation between mushroom breeding research institutions in different regions.
