农业生产性服务业发展的国际经验与启示

International experience and enlightenment on the development of agricultural productive services

农业生产性服务业是现代农业发展的基石。中国正处于传统农业向现代农业的转型过程中,亟需完善农业生产性服务体系加以支撑。美国、日本和荷兰等国家农业发达,农业生产性服务体系较完善,据此归纳出发达国家农业生产性服务业发展的启示,结合中国农业生产性服务业的发展现状以及存在的问题,提出中国发展农业生产性服务业应加大政策支持力度,实行农业生产专业化,拓宽服务领域,培育农业生产性服务业从业人才,在“互联网+”背景下,建全智慧农业服务体系,并将农业生产托管服务作为解决当前农业问题的重要补充选择。

Agricultural Productive Services are the cornerstone of modern agricultural development.China is in the stage of transition from traditional agriculture to modern agriculture,and it is urgent to improve the agricultural productive service system to support it.Countries such as the United States,Japan,and the Netherlands have developed agriculture and a relatively complete agricultural productive service system.The study summarizes the enlightenment of the development of agricultural productive services in developed countries,and analyzes the development status and existing problems of agricultural productive services in China.It is found that policy support for agricultural productive services should be intensified,agricultural production is expected to be specialized,and the range of agricultural services needs to be broadened.Under the background of"Internet plus modern agriculture",a whole-wisdom agricultural service system will be built.Moreover,agricultural production trusteeship service will be an important supplementary option to solve the current agricultural problems.
