留守背景下农村养老问题研究——以安徽省安庆市一个自然村为例

Research on the endowment problems of left-behind seniors in rural areas——taking a village in Anqing,Anhui Province as an example

有效解决农村留守老人养老难题,是实施乡村振兴战略的重要保障。以安徽省安庆市某自然村为例,因城乡二元经济结构等因素,造成了该区空心化所带来的留守老人精神匮乏、与信息社会存在鸿沟、专业养老机构不足等问题。因此,迫切需要因地制宜,采取多方位的养老策略,包括依托乡村产业振兴提升养老服务水平、落实养老政策、建立配套医疗系统、构建综合化养老模式、探索智慧养老等措施,不断提升农村留守老人的幸福感和获得感。

Effectively solving the problem of supporting the left-behind seniors in rural areas is an important safeguard for the implementation of rural revitalization strategies.This article takes a village in Anqing city as an example.Due to the influence of urban and rural economic structure and other factors,the rural region has gradually become hollow,which has brought left-behind seniors a series of problems,including the lack of mentality dependence,the generation gap with information society,the absence of professional elderly care institutions.Therefore,it is urgent to adopt a variety of elderly care strategies,including measures to promote the development of endowment by relying on the revitalization of rural industries,implementing the pension policy,establishing supporting medical systems,building a comprehensive endowment system and exploring smart endowment service,to continuously improve the sense of happiness and gains of left-behind seniors.
