摘要
在线监控系统的主要优点在于可以将工业生产线中的实时数据传输给使用者,提供良好的人机交互,从而提高生产效率,同时实现了远程监控功能。本文以实现磁悬浮系统灵活高效运转为目标,搭建实验所需的硬件平台,设计了上、下位机数据传输的程序架构并完成相应程序的编写与调试,从而实现磁悬浮轴承系统状态的在线监测和PID控制器参数实时修改。针对数据采集的实时高效性及远距离传输数据的要求,本课题中选用W5300作为协议栈芯片,工业以太网作为数据传输方式,大幅提高监控系统的效率。本研究最终实现了完整的磁悬浮控制器的远程监控:在用户同一界面中可以对试验台的实时位移、电流及电压信息进行显示;控制方面使用者可通过LabVIEW界面发送P、I、D参数对控制台状态进行控制。本研究将传输方式改进为速度更快的工业以太网,同时通过使DSP并行传输数据,从而实现远距离、抗干扰、高速率的在线监控,为操作者提供精确、可靠的测试结果,因此具有较高的实际应用价值。
The main advantage of on-line monitoring system is that it can transmit real-time data of industrial production line to uscrs,provide good human-computer interaction,improve production efficiency,and realize re-mote monitoring function.In order to realize the flexible and efficient operation of the magnetic suspension system,this paper builds the hadware platform needed for the experiment,designs the program architecture of the data transmission between the upper and lower computers,and completes the corresponding programming and debugging,so as to realize the on-line monitoring of the magnetic suspension bearing system status and the real-time modification of PID controller parameters.In view of the real-time efficiency of data acquisition and the requirement of long-distance data transmission,W5300 is selected as the protocol stack chip and industrialEthernet as the data transmission mode in this project,which greatly improves the efficiency of the monitoring system.In this study,the complete remote monitoring of the maglev controller is realized;the real-time displacement,current and voltage information of the testbed can be displayed in the same interface of the user;in the control aspect,the user can send P,I and D parameters through the IabVIEW interface to control the status of the console.ln this study,the transmission mode is improved to industrial Ethernet with faster speed.At the same time,through parallel transmission of data by DSP,online monitoring of long-distance,anti-interference and high-spced rate can be realized,and accurate and reliable test results can be provided for the operator.Therefore,it has high practical application value.
