全媒体时代下群体性事件网络舆情引导

Online Public Opinion Guidance on Mass Incidents in the Era of Ommimedia

分析了群体性事件网络舆情的特征和网络舆情对群体性事件的影响并根据生命周期理论,提出以网络舆情的发生、发展和消退的时间节点为抓手,采取事前建立健全群体性事件网络舆情预警机制,加强分析研判;事中整合力量积极引导网络舆情;事后建章立制以法治网的群体性事件网络舆情引导策略,以期提高全媒体时代下群体性事件网络舆情引导水平。

Based on the analysis of the characteristics of network public opinion and the influence of network public opinion on group events,as well as the life cycle theory,following measures are very important to enhance the guidance of public opinion about group events in Internet.First,a warning mechanism of public opinion about group events in Internet must be establised befor group events to analysis and judge the event probability.Second,some appropriate and feasible methods must be adopted to guide public opinion about group events in Internet rapidly in the duration.Third,rules and regulations must be created to govern public opinion about group events in Internet after the event.
