烟台市严重精神障碍住院患者高风险行为相关因素分析

Analysis of related factors of high-risk behaviors in inpatients with severe mental disorders in Yantai city

目的探讨烟台市严重精神障碍患者高风险行为发生的相关因素。方法抽取烟台市严重精神障碍住院患者210例,按照本次入院风险评估分为高风险组(114例)和低风险组(96例),采集一般人口学资料和高风险相关因素资料,采用非条件Logistic回归分析高风险行为发生的影响因素。结果两组病程、既往最高风险评估、入院前服药依从性、监护执行情况、幻听、被害妄想、易激惹、自知力比较差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。Logistic回归分析结果显示,性别、婚姻、职业、年龄、既往最高风险评估、入院前服药依从性、病程、监护情况是严重精神障碍患者高风险行为的影响因素(P<0.05)。结论了解患者基本信息和既往高风险行为等信息,加强患者动态风险评估,落实监护责任,进行分级分类管理,提高严重精神障碍服务管理工作水平。

Objective To explore the related factors of high-risk behaviors in patients with severe mental disorders in Yantai city.Methods A total of 210 inpatients with severe mental disorders in Yantai city were selected and divided into high risk group(114 cases)and low risk group(96 cases)according to the admission risk assessment.General demographic data and high-risk related factors were collected,and unconditional Logistic regression analysis was applied to explore the influencing factors of high-risk behaviors.Results There were statistically significant differences in the course of disease,previous highest risk assessment,medication compliance before admission,monitoring implementation,auditory hallucinations,persecuted delusions,irritability and insight between two groups(P<0.05).Logistic regression analysis showed that gender,marriage,occupation,age,previous highest risk assessment,medication compliance before admission,course of disease and monitoring status were the influencing factors of high-risk behaviors in patients with severe mental disorders(P<0.05).Conclusion To understand the basic information of patients and their high-risk behaviors,strengthen their dynamic risk assessment,implement guardianship responsibilities,and conduct hierarchical classification management,so as to improve the levels of service management for severe mental disorders.
