摘要
以辽东栎1年生裸根苗为试验材料,研究主根不同断根长度对苗木生长、根系生物量以及成活率的影响。结果表明,1年生辽东栎裸根苗的成活率随主根断根长度的增长而提高,当主根保留25 cm以上时,成活率较高,大于92.5%;主根保留5 cm,10 cm,15 cm和20 cm时,苗高和地径值均显著低于主根保留25 cm和30 cm时的苗木和对照组苗木;断根处理可促进根系相对生长量提高,主根保留长度为25 cm时,根系相对生长量最高;不同断根长度处理会影响辽东栎的生长速度,当主根保留25 cm以上时,辽东栎1年生裸根苗可以正常生长。
The effects of different lengths of taproot on seedling growth,root biomass and survival rate were studied with 1-year-old bare root seedlings of Quercus liaotungensis as experimental materials.The results showed that the survival rate of 1-year-old bare root seedlings of Quercus liaotungensis increased with the increase of the retention length of the taproot,and the survival rate was large than 92.5%when the retention retention of taproot was 25 cm.When the taproot was reserved 5 cm,10 cm,15 cm and 20 cm,the seedling height and ground diameter were significantly lower than those of control and those of the taproot was reserved 25 cm and 30 cm.Root cutting treatment could increase the relative growth of roots,and the relative root growth was the highest when the taproot length was 25cm.The growth rate of Quercus liaotungens is was affected by different root cutting length treatments.When the taproot was reserved more than 25 cm,the 1-year-old bare root seedlings of Quercus liaotungensis could grow normally.
