杂交榛果实发育过程中糖类与脂肪酸相关性研究 被引量:1

摘要 笔者对榛子不同时期不同种类糖类和脂肪酸的相关性进行了分析,并对其代谢过程中的关键酶进行定量测定。结果表明,杂交榛84-545果仁中,葡萄糖和亚油酸、硬脂酸呈显著负相关,相关系数分别为-0.72和-0.70;蔗糖与各种脂肪酸均呈显著正相关,相关系数均大于0.75.杂交榛81-19具有相似特性。不同品系中ACCase酶的含量变化规律相似,但也有一定的区别。ACCase酶在榛子果实的果仁充实期和果实成熟期含量最高;果实成熟期的不饱和脂肪酸主要是通过消耗果仁中的饱和脂肪酸而得到,果实成熟期也是不饱和脂肪酸积累的一个重要时期。 The correlation between different kinds of sugar and fatty acid in different period of hybrid hazel was analyzed,and the key enzymes in the process of fatty acid metabolism were determined quantitatively.Results showed that in the nuts of hybrid hazel 84-545,glucose had significant negative correlations with linoleic acid and stearic acid,which correlation coefficients were-0.72 and-0.70.Sucrose had significant positive correlations with all kinds of fatty acid,which correlation coefficients were all greater than 0.75.Hybrid Hazel 81-19 had similar characteristics.The change in content of ACCase in different strains was similar,but there were some differences.The content of ACCase was the highest in the plumpness and ripening stages of hybrid hazel.The unsaturated fatty acids in the fruit ripening period were mainly obtained by consuming the saturated fatty acids in the kernel,and the fruit ripening stage was also an important period for the accumulation of unsaturated fatty acids.
