On Strengthening Morality Construction of Counselors in Private Universities Based on“Four Regressions”

辅导员是在大学生日常管理活动中融入思想政治教育,培养学生高尚品质,落实立德树人根本任务的重要力量,对大学生坚定理想信念、掌握专业知识和提高综合能力等方面都起着举足轻重的作用。辅导员教育引导学生要塑造良好的价值观,首先要塑造好自己的价值观,对学生不仅要言传,更要身教,而且身教胜于言传。新形势下,民办高校辅导员应主动响应时代号召唤,认清新形势,把握新要求,结合“四个回归”,树立崇高理想信念,铸就高尚道德品质,不断加强自身师德师风建设,努力成为学生健康成长的引路人和知心朋友显得尤为重要。

The counselors are extremely important in ideological and political education in the daily management.They play an essential role in culivating students'noble quality,implementing the fundamental task of establishing morality and helping students improve professional knowledge and comprehensive capabilities.Thus Counselors should guide the students to shape good values.It is necessary to shape their own values for them and they teach students not only by words but also by examples.Under the new situation,the counselors should actively respond to the call of the times,recognize the fresh situation and grasp the new trequirements with the“Four Regressions”.Only in this way can they establish lofty ideals and beliefs,cast high moral qualities,constantly strengthen their own ethics,and then become the leaders for students'growth and their wholehearted friends.
