建设创新型国家需要强化知识产权保护,厘清知识产权的理论机理与制度发展规律,以开放、自主的思维完善知识产权法治环境。为贯彻党中央全面加强知识产权保护精神、服务保障创新驱动发展战略、推进知识产权强国建设,中国法学会知识产权法学研究会召开了以"完善知识产权法治,服务国家经济建设"为主题的2019年年会。参会的各位专家、学者以及实务工作者就"中国知识产权制度最新进展与思考"和"知识产权法庭的历史使命"两个主题进行深入探讨,从"知识产权理论""著作权法""专利法""反不正当竞争法""知识产权仲裁与赛制直播的法律保护""知识产权司法保护""商标法""科技与知识产权""侵害知识产权的救济""知识产权综合问题"等主要议题进行发言与评议。会议在知识产权法领域展开了富有成效的研讨,并取得了良好的预期效果。

Building an innovative country requires strengthening the protection of intellectual property rights,clarifying the theoretical mechanism and the law of institutional development of intellectual property rights and improving the legal environment of intellectual property with an open and independent thinking.In order to implement the Party’s Central Committee’s strategy of strengthening intellectual property protection in an all-round way,driving development by innovation in service guarantee,and promoting the construction of a powerful country with intellectual property protection,the 2019 Annual Conference of the China Law Society on Intellectual Property Law was held under the theme of"Improving Intellectual Property Law Governance and Serving National Economic Construction".The experts,scholars and practitioners conducted in-depth discussions on the themes of"the latest development and thinking of China’s intellectual property system"and"the historical mission of the Intellectual Property Law Courts",and they made speeches and comments on"intellectual property theory","Copyright Law","Patent Law","Anti-Unfair Competition Law","legal protection of intellectual property arbitration and live broadcast of matches","intellectual property judicial protection","Trademark Law","science and technology and intellectual property","remedies for infringement of intellectual property","comprehensive problems of intellectual property"etc.The conference has launched a fruitful discussion in the field of Intellectual Property Law,and achieved expected results.
