摘要
温度对铅酸蓄电池寿命的影响规则为:以25℃为基准,温度每升高10℃,蓄电池寿命减少一半。此规则可以用阿伦尼乌兹方程式推算出。铅酸蓄电池行业标准YDT 799—2010规定有60℃下浮充30 d可折合成25℃下1 a寿命。IEC 60896-21—2004规定55℃条件下浮充42 d可折合25℃下1 a寿命。通信行业爱立信公司规定45℃下浮充90 d折合25℃下1 a寿命。本文中,在验证以上规定合理性的同时,通过试验拟合出25~60℃之间任意温度下铅酸蓄电池寿命的计算方法。
In lead-acid battery industry,there is a rule about temperature effecting on battery using life:working life of lead-acid battery will be reduced half with temperature increasing 10℃on the basement of 25℃,which could be calculated by Arrhenius equation.Industry standard for lead-acid batteries YDT 799-2010 says that lead-acid battery floated 30 days at 60℃is equal to working one year at 25℃.IEC 60896-21-2004 requires:Lead-acid battery floated 42 days at 55℃is equal to working one year at 25℃.That lead-acid battery floated 90 days at 45℃corresponds as operating one year at 25℃comes from a regulation of Ericsson company which is a famous enterprise in the communication industry.This paper will verify authenticity of test terms above and method by fitting function to calculating using life of lead-acid battery at any temperature(25~60℃)will be give.
