摘要
验证了负极辅料对起动铅酸电池充电接受能力的影响,确定了负极板添加剂中木素与腐植酸的最佳质量比。采用正交试验的方法,分析了电池化成过程中酸密度、温度、浸酸时间三种工艺参数对电池充电接受能力的影响,确定了最佳化成工艺。采用单因素实验法验证了电解液酸量对电池充电接受能力的影响。
The influence of negative auxiliary materials on the charging performance of starting lead-acid battery was verified,and the optimum mass ratio of adding lignin and humic acid in the negative plate was determined.The influence of acid density,temperature and acid soaking time on battery charging acceptance was analyzed by orthogonal test,and the optimum forming process was determined.A single factor experiment was used to verify the influence of electrolyte quantity on battery charging acceptance performance.
