喷施不同浓度大丽花轮枝孢锌离子结合蛋白(VdAL)对宿晓红葡萄果实品质的影响 被引量:4

摘要 【目的】研究坐果时叶面喷施不同浓度大丽花轮枝孢锌离子结合蛋白(VdAL)对宿晓红葡萄果实品质的影响。【方法】以4年生中晚熟品种宿晓红葡萄为供试材料,设置5个试验处理:叶面喷施清水(CK);叶面喷施VdAL,浓度比例分别为VdAL∶水=1∶15000、VdAL∶水=1∶7500、VdAL∶水=1∶5000、VdAL∶水=1∶3750,分2次喷施宿晓红葡萄树冠。调查果实膨大后期,叶面喷施VdAL对宿晓红葡萄果实横、纵径,单果质量,果实可溶性固形物含量,果实可滴定酸含量,果实可溶性总糖含量和果实VC含量的影响。【结果】喷施不同浓度的VdAL均能改善宿晓红葡萄果实品质,尤其是叶面喷施VdAL和水的浓度比例为1∶5000、果实膨大后第42天时,宿晓红葡萄果实横、纵径分别比对照提高31.18%、21.48%,单果质量比对照提高95.59%,果实可溶性固形物含量比对照提高105.44%,果实可滴定酸含量比对照降低44.92%,果实可溶性总糖含量比对照提高34.89%,果实VC含量比对照提高51.12%。【结论】适宜浓度的VdAL可显著提高宿晓红葡萄的果实品质。 【Objective】To study the effect of different concentrations of Verticillium dahlia Asp-f2 Like(VdAL)on the fruit quality of Suxiaohong grape.【Methods】The 4-year old variety Suxiaohong grape was used as the test material,and 5 experimental treatments were set:spraying water on the leaf surface(CK);The leaf surface was sprayed with VdAL at the concentration ratio of VdAL∶water=1∶15000,1∶7500,1∶5000 and 1∶3750.The effects of leaf spraying VdAL on horizontal and vertical diameter,single fruit quality,soluble solids content,titratable acid content,total soluble sugar content and VC content of Suxiaohong grape fruit at the late stage of fruit expansion was investigated.【Results】Spraying different concentrations of VdAL could improve Suxiaohong grape fruit quality,especially the VdAL ratio of 1∶5000,fruit enlargement after 42 d,the horizontal and vertical diameter of Suxiaohong grape fruit were 31.18%,21.48%higher than that of CK respectively,single fruit quality was 95.59%higher than that of CK,the soluble solids content of fruit was 105.44%higher than that of CK,the titratable acid content of fruit was 44.92%lower than that of CK,the total soluble sugar content of fruit was 34.89%higher than that of CK,the VC content of fruit was 51.12%higher than that of CK.【Conclusion】Suitable concentration of VdAL could significantly improve the fruit quality of Suxiaohong grape.
