江西省城市人居环境质量时空演变及协调性研究

Spatial-Temporal Evolution and Coordination Analysis of Urban Human Settlements Environment in Jiangxi Province

从生态环境、经济发展、基础设施、社会和谐4个方面构建城市人居环境质量评价指标体系,以2008—2018年杭州市城市人居环境质量作为参照值,运用AHP-模糊综合判定和协调度模型对2008—2018年间江西省11个地级市的人居环境质量进行评价。结果表明:1)2008—2018年除南昌市、上饶市城市人居环境质量下降之外,江西省其余各城市人居环境质量均不断提高;2008—2018年江西省城市人居环境质量与杭州市差距呈先缩小后扩大趋势,其中生态环境子系统差距缩小明显,经济发展子系统差距缩小幅度较小;2)2008—2013年间,城市人居环境质量高的地级市主要集中在赣北、赣东和赣西地区,2013—2018年间,城市人居环境质量无明显的规律性,各子系统具有明显的空间差异性;3)系统协调度与城市人居环境质量变化具有较高的一致性,主要表现为生态环境与经济发展之间的矛盾。

This paper constructs the evaluation index system of urban human settlements quality from the four aspects of ecological environment,economic development,infrastructure and social harmony.Taking the 2008—2018 Hangzhou urban human settlements quality as the reference value,the paper uses AHP fuzzy comprehensive judgment and coordination degree model to evaluate the human settlements quality of 11 cities in Jiangxi province from 2008 to 2018.The results show that:1)From 2008 to 2018,the quality of human settlements in Jiangxi province has been improved,except Nanchang and Shangrao.In 2008—2018,the gap between the quality of urban human settlements in Jiangxi province and Hangzhou city decreased first and then expanded,among which the ecological environment subsystems has been significantly reduced and the economic development subsystems has been narrowed by a small margin.2)From 2008 to 2013,the high quality of urban human settlements are mainly concentrated in the north,east and west areas of Jiangxi province;from 2013 to 2018,there is no obvious regularity,and each subsystem has obvious spatial differences.3)There is a high consistency between the degree of system coordination and the change of the quality of urban human settlements,which is mainly reflected in the contradiction between the ecological environment and economic development.
