Comparison of Tea Industry Policies In Major Provinces and its Enlightenment to Jiangxi Province

近年来,江西省茶叶产业取得快速发展,但与一些茶业大省、茶业强省相比,赣茶在名气、产量和销量等方面还存在一定差距。茶叶产业政策是促进其发展的基本保障。梳理了国内主要茶叶大省的产业政策出台情况,对比分析了当前茶叶产业发展的主要政策亮点。基于与江西省茶叶产业政策的对比,提出未来的茶叶产业发展方向和政策完善建议,包括:如何细化优化现有茶叶发展政策条款;如何强化奖励引导性政策;如何扩大品牌影响力和价值;如何打造现代化营销体系;如何立体化茶叶产业价值空间。

The tea industry in Jiangxi province has developed rapidly in recent years.But compared with some strong and big tea provinces,there are still some gaps in the reputation,output,and sales.Tea industry policy is the basic guarantee to promote the development of the tea industry.In this paper,tea industry policies in major tea provinces are reviewed,and the main policy highlights are compared and analyzed.Based on the comparison with the tea industry policies of Jiangxi Province,the paper puts forward suggestions for the future development direction and policy improvement of the tea industry,including how to refine and optimize the existing tea development policies;how to strengthen the reward guiding policy;how to expand brand influence and value;How to build a modern marketing system;How to three-dimensional tea industry value space.
